Lisa is now accepting new clients outside of Columbia Student Health Services. Appointments are available on Sundays 10-5 in Washington Heights. Please discuss your coverage with your insurance prior to your visit. Empire/BCBS, United Healthcare, Pomco, Coventry and Cigna have plans that cover acupuncture services.
CUMC students should call Student Health Service at 212-305-3400 to
schedule a 45-minute appointment. (Appointments cannot be made through the web portal.) The cost is $30. Services are provided at 60 Haven Avenue. Students should check in at the SHS front desk (Lobby Level), and then proceed to the 3rd floor, Suite 3D. Appointments are available Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings.
Consultations for herbs or essential oils are prorated at $150/hour.
Acupuncture Sessions are 55 minutes at $150. Housecalls are $225.
Princeville, Kauai:
August 10-30, 2011.
In studio at Manayoga, $100/session. Sessions on islands other then Kauai are available for additional fees.
